Tom is distinguished by his years of medical malpractice litigation experience. He has achieved numerous multi-million dollar recoveries in cases involving negligent stereotactic surgery, a failed rescue, vision loss in children, and birth-related injuries.
In addition to his trial court practice, Tom has argued cases in all Pennsylvania appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Education, Licensure, and Background
Tom earned his law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1980 where he was a member of the Law Review. He was elected to the Order of the Coif, an honor society for United States law school graduates who attain a cumulative grade point average in the top 10 percent of the graduating class.
Tom is licensed to practice in the following venues:

In his spare time, Tom enjoys collecting 78 RPM records, and reading. His favorite book is Profiles in Courage, a 1956 volume of short biographies describing acts of bravery and integrity by eight United States Senators.
