Dylan J. Grayson is an associate attorney in the Lancaster office of Atlee Hall, LLP. Previously, Mr. Grayson successfully defended clients in state and federal court. Mr. Grayson has successfully defended civil lawsuits involving premises liability, commercial transportation, auto accidents, municipal liability, civil rights, employment discrimination, and construction litigation.

Mr. Grayson is a graduate of Widener University Commonwealth Law School and Washington & Jefferson College. Mr. Grayson is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Grayson joined Atlee Hall in 2025, and brings a diverse skill set to help serve the firm’s clients throughout their cases. Having worked for large insurance defense firms, Mr. Grayson is able to analyze a case from a defense perspective and mitigate potential issues before they arise and develop a winning case strategy. Mr. Grayson takes an individualized, people first approach to each matter, identifying each client’s unique background and specific needs to better understand and serve each client he works with. To that end, Mr. Grayson strives to get to know every client through phone calls or in person visits to listen to their stores and better understand what they are going through.

Mr. Grayson is dedicated to ensuring successful client outcomes, serving his community, and has made it a priority to right wrongs that have been done to bring closure and allow his clients to move forward.
