Born and raised in Lancaster County, Ben’s passion for the law came from his parents, both of whom continue to practice law here. Since he was young, he has had a strong sense of right and wrong and understood the importance of following the rules. Since becoming an attorney in 2017, Ben has been motivated to use his skills to help the most vulnerable people.
What Clients Can Expect
Benjamin brings a thoughtful, attentive, and compassionate approach to his practice. Clients can expect to be heard and treated with care, not as case files, but as individuals navigating difficult circumstances.
He works at a smaller firm, which allows him to be selective about the cases he takes. That selectivity means he can devote more time and focus to each matter, conducting detailed investigations and building cases with a level of depth that larger, high-volume firms often cannot match.
Benjamin also brings valuable insight from his experience working within the court system in Lancaster County. Having served as a law clerk to multiple judges on the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas, he understands how judges evaluate evidence, analyze cases from the bench, and make courtroom decisions. That perspective informs his litigation strategy and helps him anticipate how a case may be viewed at each stage.
He also previously served as an Assistant Public Defender in Lancaster County, where he developed additional courtroom experience and strengthened his ability to advocate effectively under pressure.
Notable Case Work
Benjamin has represented clients in a range of personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death matters. While specific case details are often confidential, his work has involved complex injury claims requiring detailed investigation, expert analysis, and strategic negotiation to achieve meaningful resolutions for injured clients and their families.

Education, Licensure, and Background
Benjamin earned his law degree from Tulane University in 2017 and his undergraduate degree from Bates College, where he studied Music.
He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
His interest in law was shaped early by his family. Both of his parents are attorneys practicing in Lancaster County—his father in workers’ compensation and his mother in family law. Watching them serve individuals in his community, particularly his father’s work representing injured workers, influenced his decision to pursue a career advocating for people harmed by others’ negligence.
Benjamin also brings deep ties to Lancaster County through his professional experience. He has worked in the region for more than 4 years as both a public defender and a judicial law clerk. That clerkship experience provided him with a behind-the-scenes understanding of how judges evaluate cases, assess evidence, and apply the law in real-world decision-making.
