Office Visit Guidelines for COVID-19 Safety

Although many of our team are working remotely, the Atlee Hall office is open. In advance of any meetings, we are asking all visitors to take note of the following guidance put in place to protect everyone’s health and safety.
You may park in the parking lot, however, please enter by the main entrance at the side of the building. If you need to use the disabled entrance at the rear, please let a member of the team know in advance of your visit.
Our janitorial service is observing all protocols. In addition, we ask the following:
ANYONE ENTERING THE BUILDING IS REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK.
TAKE YOUR TEMPERATURE USING THE TOUCHLESS THERMOMETER PROVIDED. Any person with a temperature more than 100.4 may not enter the building.
LOG YOUR ENTRY AND EXIT TIME AT RECEPTION. FOLLOW THE ONE WAY SIGNAGE AND EXIT THROUGH THE REAR WHEN YOU HAVE FINISHED YOUR VISIT.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE SOCIAL DISTANCE MARKINGS.
PLEASE USE THE HAND SANITIZER ON ENTERING THE BUILDING. SANITIZERS, WIPES,AND DISPOSABLE GLOVES HAVE BEEN PROVIDED THROUGHOUT THE OFFICE.
PLEASE WIPE DOWN ANY SURFACES YOU COME INTO CONTACT WITH AT YOUR MEETING (INCLUDING ARMS OF ANY CHAIRS).
PLEASE DISPOSE OF TRASH IN THE RECEPTACLES PROVIDED.
