Jeff Gutkowski

Associate Attorney

With over 10 years of experience as a plaintiff trial attorney, Jeff has a broad skill set that sees him work across both Atlee Hall’s Investigation Team and Litigation Team, with his main focus on medical malpractice and nursing home cases.

On the Investigation Team, Jeff explores avenues of potential recovery on a case, including meeting potential clients, collecting and reviewing pertinent information such as medical records, speaking with appropriate experts, conducting focus groups, and establishing an overall case framework and theories of negligence for the Litigation Team.

Jeff also has courtroom experience and once a case is transitioned to the Litigation Team, Jeff may support on selected cases with preparation as the case moves towards trial or mediation.

Jeff is compelled to connect to exceptionally brave people during the most vulnerable times of their lives when they are fighting against the longest odds. He says, “there is nothing more rewarding than being able to help them validate their struggle.”
